Spring & Summer Programs


Introduction

Pick and choose the ones that best suit your needs or do them all for a complete summer conditioning program. The summer programs have been scheduled so that they will lead straight into one another. Starting with a 5 week strength cycle, into a 5 week power cycle, then 5 weeks of speed and agility, with the possibility of Core and Flexibility at the same time, and then into another 5 week power cycle. This periodized program will have you in tip top shape leading into your sport season!
