First Annual Performance Swim Camp
We are excited to host our first Annual Performance Swim Camp, July 9-13th in Partnership with The Aquarians Swim Club. This camp is designed to ENHANCE current swimming abilities. Each day we will break down the stroke-beginning from a body position perspective, work through to the kick & incorporate arms while also focusing on breakouts, turns & starts. In the afternoons we will put the full stroke together & complete aerobic work. Dryland sessions focus on learning dynamic warm up techniques, strength, co-ordination, flexibility & reaction time.
The program will offer competitive swimmers the opportunity to improve their stroke techniques, starts, turns & overall performance. They will be introduced to Mental Skills and Sport Nutrition to gain a competitive edge.
